My approach is calm, supportive, and grounded. I don’t believe in quick fixes or one-size-fits-all solutions. Instead, I work with you to understand your experience, uncover what’s holding you back, and support you in creating meaningful change. Whether you’re dealing with anxiety, emotional overwhelm, low confidence, or past experiences that still affect you, you’ll be met with understanding—not judgement.  There are laughter and tears in my sessions.  Sometimes both at the same time and feelings of lightness.  I don't believe in picking over wounds and making them bleed again.
